"I usually buy Costco organic eggs so this review is in comparison to that. Physical: Costco eggs have more membrane holding the egg together. I initially thought punto eggs were inferior due to the possibility of malnutrition. Punto eggs have a slightly thicker shell. Cracking them open is easier than Costco eggs and the shell has less egg white stuck to it. Due to the shell not being plastic like (more sand stone like), cracking them open is more satisfying as well. I’d say prepping eggs is 5% easier and less messy. I did not notice a color difference in the egg yolk but I did notice the egg white had a more uniform consistency. Flavor: I’ve made three dishes so far. Eggnog: First time I made it. It was fantastic. Unsure what the difference may be due to my inexperience with the drink. Half boiled eggs with bread: The eggs were slightly more flavorful. The egg whites cooked more completely and faster than costco eggs and the yolk seemed to stay liquid for longer. I do believe it’s easier to half boil Punto eggs. Scrambled eggs: WOW! This was way better than normal scrambled eggs. Flavor was spectacularly better. Ate it with normal bread and less salt than normal. Eggs were creamier and I felt like there was more yolk as well. Easier to clean the pan. Health: It could have been physiological but I did feel healthier after eating the eggs. Less bile and I had the opposite of that weird full but hungry feeling I have when eating junk food. Delivery: I usually like picking stuff up so I can get it quickly, however delivery was 7:14pm the next day. Worked out well for me since I'm a night owl due to my work schedule."
