At Puntopio, we want to make shopping as seamless as possible. If you visit our physical store and find an item on display that you love but cannot take with you immediately, you can easily order it online or at our register and have it shipped directly to your home.

Standard Delivery Window: 0 to 5 days.
How It Works Because we run our own delivery routes to keep shipping free and efficient, your exact delivery day depends on our active route schedules. Once your order is placed, our logistics team will coordinate the optimal delivery window and contact you to confirm the date and time.
Out-of-Area & Subscription Deliveries
Yearly Subscription Holders
If you live outside our primary delivery zones (San Juan, Guaynabo, Dorado, Carolina) but reside in neighboring municipal areas, we have you covered! We offer a dedicated monthly delivery route exclusively for our yearly subscribers to ensure you still get your favorite items delivered directly to you.
Non-Subscribers
If you are outside our service zones and do not hold a subscription, please contact our support team at puntopio.com to discuss custom delivery arrangements.
