1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- The contest is open to residents of Puerto Rico, with prize deliveries only within the metropolitan area. Participants residing outside the metro area must pick up their prizes at a designated location.
- Punto Pio employees, their families, and anyone affiliated with the company are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
- The contest starts on October 19 and ends once the final election results are counted. This will occur after November 5 but no later than November 10.
3. How to Participate
- To enter, follow Punto Pio on social media, share the relevant post, and comment “survey.” You’ll then receive a link to our bot’s survey or you can go directly to puntopio.com/encuesta to participate.
- There is no limit on entries per person, though we recommend one entry per participant. Although strict enforcement isn’t possible, adding an IP address to the receipt may deter cheating.
4. Prizes
- Grand Prize: A tray of 30 eggs each month for a year. In case of a tie, two winners will receive 18 eggs per month for a year each. If there are 3 to 5 winners, each will receive a dozen eggs per month for a year. Only the first five participants who claim their prize within 48 hours will be eligible.
- Commercial Value: Approximately $240 for the grand prize.
- Additional Prizes: Every 50 entries, a participant will be randomly selected to receive half a dozen eggs. The participant’s number will be posted in our social media stories for 24 hours. If the prize is not claimed within the period, it will be forfeited.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be determined by rounding final election results to the nearest whole number and comparing them with participants’ predictions. The participant who correctly predicts the percentage for all candidates wins.
- In case of a tie, adjusted prize allocations as described above will apply.
- Winners will be notified via Punto Pio’s social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). Participants are responsible for monitoring our social media for winner announcements.
- Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours by presenting the saved file, a printed copy, or a screenshot of their confirmation number.
6. Privacy Policy
- The giveaway system is anonymous. Punto Pio only collects personal data necessary for the integrity of the contest. Cookies are used on our website, but participants will not be personally identified through them.
7. Winner Announcement
- Winners will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Participants should follow us to stay updated on prize announcements and other giveaways.
8. General Conditions
- Participants must provide the saved file or a valid screenshot to claim their prize, must be followers of Punto Pio, and must have shared the designated post.
- Punto Pio reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise.

10. Legal Disclaimer
- By participating, contestants agree to release and hold harmless Punto Pio LLC, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage incurred concerning contest participation or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
- This contest will be governed and interpreted under the laws of Puerto Rico.
11. Additional Promotions
- Every 50 entries, a participant will be randomly selected to receive additional prizes, like half dozens of eggs. The selected participant’s number will be posted in our stories for 24 hours. If claimed within the period, the prize will be awarded. Proof must be presented to claim the prize.
12. No Purchase Necessary
- No purchase is necessary to participate in this contest. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Punto Pio is committed to promoting quality protein and fresh food, as we value everyone’s right to vote.
