- Eggs arrive at your door 3 to 5 days after laying — compared to 20+ days for imported supermarket eggs.
- Do I have to refrigerate the eggs?
- Yes. Once washed, eggs lose their natural protective cuticle. Puerto Rico's heat makes refrigeration even more important.
- How do I pick a delivery date?
- At checkout we show the next available dates. Pick the one that works best for you.
- Are the hens pasture-raised?
- Yes. Our hens are raised outdoors on rotational pasture in Villa Nevarez, San Juan.
