Punto Pio LLC Delivery Policy

Introduction
At Punto Pio LLC, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality eggs to our customers in the metropolitan area of Puerto Rico. This Delivery Policy outlines the details of our delivery process, including areas served, delivery times, and procedures.
Delivery Areas
We deliver daily to the core metropolitan area, including:
- Condado
- San Juan
- Guaynabo
- Hato Rey
- San Patricio
- Isla Verde
- Cupey
Deliveries beyond these areas may take an additional day to arrive. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but please note that our service is not on-demand like DoorDash.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Cut-Off Time: 9:00 PM
- Orders received after 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Urgent Orders
At Punto Pio, we understand the importance of having eggs for breakfast. If you have an urgent order placed after the cut-off time, please follow these steps:
- Place Your Order: Complete your order through our website.
- Call Us: Immediately call 939-245-4867 to see if an urgent delivery is possible.
We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Flexible Delivery Scheduling
We aim to make our deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers. If you have specific scheduling needs, please let us know, and we will do our best to mold our delivery schedule to meet your requirements.
Delivery Procedure
Once payment is made and we are out for delivery:
- Secure Placement: We will leave the eggs in a secure place in front of your house or at the front desk of your condominium.
- Notification: You will receive a notification once the delivery is completed.
- Live Location Updates: During our egg delivery route, we will message you our live location to keep you updated on the delivery status. We aim to provide at least a 15-minute notice, but usually, you will receive 1-2 hours notice when the deliveries go out.
Deliveries Outside the Metropolitan Area
For customers outside of the metropolitan area, we sometimes arrange to meet at a middle point for delivery. Please contact us to discuss and arrange a convenient meeting point if this option is needed.
Amendments
Punto Pio LLC reserves the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to our customers.
